My client is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a well established brand, who will be the escalation point for the team for customer queries, this role provides excellent progression for those who want to develop their career as well as working within some amazing offices.

Location: Burgh Heath

Salary: Up to £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-20:00 on shift rota, 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 to 18:00 and 1 in 4 Sundays 10:00 to 15:00

Key duties:

  • Developing new work streams
  • Responsible for all customer contact and account management
  • Discussing finance options, arranging test drives and communicating with the dealerships
  • Being the escalation point for the customer support team
  • Being the focus for sales and new work streams within your team
  • Responsible for training, developing and coaching team members
  • Planning resources to support the workload, scoping new projects and new channels such as web chat
  • Responsible for producing reports for the rest of the business
  • Helping customers through their online journey
  • Achieving optimum customer experience

  • Experience of managing a sales team
