What the job involves:

  • Responding to queries & questions from Social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, email along with the company website
  • Make sure customer queries are actioned within the set time periods
  • Check customer delivery times
  • Ordering spare parts when required
  • Escalate problems to management

What the job requires:

  • Customer Service experience within an office
  • Confident user of MS Office and Social Media
  • Excellent Communication, verbal & written
  • Analytically minded
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Being a team player
