Our fantastic client based in Watford are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager to join their growing and busy team. The successful candidate will be Responsible for managing the day to day operational activities for customer administration for a dedicated region (Northern Europe).

Key duties

  • Building a high performing team around sales administration to ensure the highest performance and quality is delivered to our customers and stakeholders
  • Managing the change, having the ability to develop high performing /multi-cultural teams that deliver results
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is improved by monitoring and driving order "turnaround"
  • Drive metrics and KPIs and be accountable for driving and delivering targets.
  • Development, optimization planning, budgeting and controlling
  • Ensuring all the processes are followed around RR, standing orders and we are maximizing resources across all teams whilst driving customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be multi-lingual (English plus either Spanish, French or Dutch)
  • Experience leading customer service teams
  • Successful experience in similar role
  • Able to meet deadlines and effectively communicate
