Customer Data Coordinator


I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator based in Surrey, my client works alongside a large Automotive company and are recruiting for the above position, this role plays a pivotal role between two key organisations and you will be a brand ambassador. This role is an exciting position and is ideal for someone who has a real passion for customer services.

The client is looking for someone who is confident in having a Customer first mindset, confident working on systems and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed all individual and team targeted areas
  • Contact quality - Calls, emails, web-chat
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all customer contacts are managed in line with the agreed standards.
  • Optimise all customer/prospect contact opportunities in line with the brand and performance expectations.
  • Ensure that the customer database is updated correctly at all times and in line with companies requirements, accuracy of data capture will be measured as part of quality monitoring.

Keys Skills:

  • Strong fact finding and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in a Customer service role
  • Educated to GSCE level or equivalent (5 GCSE passes required at D or above)
