Our client is a major provider within logistics and freight forwarding and are actively seeking a customs administration operative. They are seeking an individual with office based experience to support their administration requirements with excellent customer based skills to communicate and coordinate activities.

Key Tasks:

Admin requirements:
Management of office requirements including business expenses and travel arrangements.
Strong use of MS office programs including (outlook / word and excel)
Ability to be office based and fit within an office environment

Customer Focus Requirements:
Ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders (customers / colleagues and other departments) in written (emails / documents) or verbal (Phone call / face to face meetings) communications methods.
To create and maintain customer specific documents.
Support with customer activities including reporting and auditing.
Support and implement customer requirements across multiple countries.

Ideal Qualifications:
At least 2 to 4 years' experience within an office environment
