Our client, a globally recognisable leader in their industry, is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join the operations team as a Data Support Specialist working on a new product launch. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the new product rollout and on-boarding of associated partner and store level teams across the UK .The successful candidate will have extensive analytical and data handling experience. They will also have excellent customer service skills, 1st line support experience and be confident dealing with stakeholders of all levels.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Support of new partner and store level on-boarding processes across UK and, in support of London locations
  • Support of store level on-boarding processes across existing UK partners, including the rollout of Counter devices to all participating stores
  • Support of the device management processes for all live stores, including maintenance, replacement and technical support Ops.
  • Performance reporting for external stakeholders
  • Support of the weekly KPI and stats performance KPIs and reporting to partners across the UK and, in support of London locations
  • Support across initial partner escalations for customer quality issues, to include management of escalation to other Ops Team members
  • Support of reporting and processes related to partner quality plans, including deep dive analysis across DPMO impacting counter concessions

Key Requirements;

  • Native/or equivalent fluency in English Language (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Excellent Customer service skills, comfortable speaking to different levels of stakeholders. Able to also provide first line customer service support.
  • Ability to analyse data Experience in process improvement
