Design Project Co-ordinator

My Client's looking for a reliable individual To coordinate the administration for the Design department and assist in correspondence and communications with customers. As well as this, they will be responsible for the Tenders e-mail account and completing administration tasks such as letters, quotes, printing and photocopying as required. Taking a proactive approach to helping to organise and deliver overall customer service within the Design team.

What does the job involve?

  • Imputing new enquiries on the CRM system
  • Organising job files for each project.
  • Coordinating the 'Tenders' e-mail account.
  • Filing audit sheets and general filing for Design.
  • Printing out relevant quotations and drawings for checking and highlighting any apparent differences between proposals and specifications at Tender Stage.
  • Requesting specification drawings and or information from customers sending their quotation requests in (by e-mail and telephone).
  • Overseeing Engineers during the Tender process - Ensuring Audit Sheets Are complete and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating correspondence and communications with customers e.g. printing tender quotations and issuing them to customers via e-mail and printing out associated letters.
  • Assisting the Design Team Manager with administrative duty.
  • Preparing reports as required.
  • Assistance with other duties within the Design department as required.
  • Assisting with external phone calls to the Design Team for Tenders.
  • Prepare quick quotation for fast tracking projects.

£25k - £28k per annum
