We currently have a exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager to join our market-leading client in the luxury footwear market.

The client is based in London and are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to be responsible for the E-Commerce function across UK and Europe and to optimise the website to drive consumer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have previous E-Commerce Manager experience in a luxury brand and experience with Magento software.

  • Lead e-com thinking - Oversee the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy (defining the direction & the priorities of the team, identify the key projects (including geographic expansion) they work on & areas of focus on a day to day as well as medium term planning) with the Marketing Director & Head of Brand Marketing. In doing so deliver the consumer experience in line with the Marketing calendar.
  • Own Consumer Journey - Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, functionality/content development and conversion funnels. Ensure alignment to off-line Marketing plans.
  • Optimise Content Management - Oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing. Ensure alignment with overall Marketing plan.
  • Data ownership - Responsible for the consumer data collection, mining and management. Work closely with marketing on CRM (owned by Marketing Manager).
  • P&L Management & control for e-commerce- Manage the e-com line on the P&L in line with agreed budget.
  • Site Optimisation - Provide clear targets and goals around site engagement, conversion and retention. Monitor performance and adapt tactics with an "always on / start up" mentality.
  • Project Management - Manage critical projects as defined with the Marketing Director and leadership team.
  • Link to external & internal partners - Manage 360 order management systems workflow co-ordinating with relevant operational touchpoints and 3rd party platforms.
