We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Wimborne, they are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team with information, data and other administrative problems and enquiries.
  • Enable the team to order required parts for repair and development.
  • Preparation of relevant documentation and document management.
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the department.
  • Support risk assessment activities.
  • Contribute to, support, maintain and develop the relevant project and archive sites on the company intranet.

Key Skills Required:

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a problem solver, work under pressure and maintain a professional, helpful and poised demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi task and work unsupervised.
  • Organised and methodical with good attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organisation and time management skills.
