33246 - Events Administrator

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join an international entertainment company where you will be responsible for helping achieve the sales targets by delivering the customer service and client retention strategy through the effective coordination of sales administration.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 working hour week
Salary: Up to £26,500 depending on experience + 35% commission
Location: Haymarket, London

Key Duties:

  • Implement and deliver a sales plan that will enable the drive of sales to increase and ensure the continued year on year growth
  • Deliver outstanding Customer Service to all clients at all points of liaison
  • Support the Event Co-ordinators by liaising with clients in regards to their feedback, enquiries and changes.
  • Assist the Event Manager in implementing best practice
  • Adhere to service levels (SLA's) and enquiry response times whilst exceeding client expectations
  • Delivery of a professional and knowledgeable sales service
  • Handle all sales correspondence and organise contracts between the event team and their clients
  • Raise Sales Invoice Requests (SIR's) as and when they are needed daily
  • Adhere to financial guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Ensure the delivery of the sales plan by effective coordination and support of key sales campaigns and projects
  • Input and update all outbound and inbound sales activity, follow up calls and new business enquiries / opportunities
  • Maintain confirmed booking records at all times through the Sales CRM system accurately
  • Ensure an exemplary "after-sales" communication process is maintained with the clients at all times by completing customer care / feedback calls to existing clients to generate additional and repeat business
  • Help the Senior Sales Manager in the preparation of the weekly, monthly and quarterly Sales income, client analysis and budget tracking reports
  • Support colleagues in the commercial marketing team, when required by the Commercial Marketing Director or the Senior Sales Manager, in the co-ordination and completion of work, ensuring deadlines are met in order to achieve the goals of the marketing strategy

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CRM system management experience
  • Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task whilst adhering to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, especially with financial forecasts
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner is imperative together with the ability to handle customer calls
  • Promote the company in a friendly and professional manner
  • Previous sales support and sales administration experience in a busy environment
