Our client based in a Head Office location in Cobham are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the MD for a 12 month FTC maternity cover.

The ideal candidate must have Director level PA experience and be able to commit for the full term of the contract. This is a great role working in a very professional but friendly environment.

The role will include:-

  • Manage the MD's diary effectively making full use of his time
  • Be key contact for MD with internal and external clients
  • Prepare, collate and provide all necessary supporting documents for meeting and appointments
  • Take, prepare and distribute internal and external meeting minutes as required
  • Pro-actively project manage one-off and recurring internal/external events and projects
  • Ensure the administration of company vehicles, phones, computer equipment and other resources is timely and cost effective
  • Ensure effective office office and facilities management

We are looking for a candidate that is fully proficient with Microsoft Office, a minimum of 3 years PA experience at board level that had delivered events.
