Our client, specialist in the design and manufacture of vinyl fabric for a wide variety of sectors are looking for a Field based ambitious, positive and self-motivated Account manager to cover their Central London region.

They are looking for someone that displays excellent organisational and communication skills. Capable of efficient territory planning and identifying new opportunities, whilst establishing new relationships between the brand and project teams in the London area.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the brand within key projects to ensure maximum opportunities for sales growth
  • Act on Company data base information across furniture dealers, designers, architects and contractors to influence fabric specification for individual and contracted furniture projects
  • Identify key decision makers within known businesses and record/report all information to the Company for further sales development
  • Research and contact any new market opportunities and carry out Company and product presentations
  • To work closely with the head office in arranging meetings and scheduling
  • To report on a daily basis on sales, meetings and actions
  • To communicate the benefits of faux leather in all contract environments, with emphasis on qualities and USP's and update / distribute product sampling throughout all accounts
  • To develop a thorough understanding of the Company's product range and likewise, that of competitors
  • Feedback competitor product, price and sampling information to the Company to ensure brand dominance and to assist in new product development
  • Compile effective journey plan to ensure maximum and efficient coverage of territory using customer category and prospect information
  • Maintain communication with all colleagues and Management using Company reporting procedures
  • To fully assist in the efforts of the Company achieving sales and distribution targets
