Our client, a leading commercial company based in the Watford area are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator on a temporary basis. This role could be offered on a part -time or full-time basis. You will ideally be an organised individual with administrative experience & some knowledge of finance; credit control experience is also desirable.

Duties include:

  • Administration of our members accounts
  • Ensuring balances are paid on time
  • Processing card payments
  • Reconciliation & resolving discrepancies
  • Handling general queries
  • Phoning clients to process refunds

Person specification:

  • Administrative experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong Maths and communication skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Highly organised

The part time role is offered with flexible working hours and car parking is available onsite.

This is an ongoing temporary role which may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
