Finance Assistant


£23-25k + benefits, full time permanent

Experienced Finance Assistant required by market leading Logistics Company based in Egham. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in working with Sales and Purchase Ledgers, whilst having the ability to assist in other areas when necessary.

Skills Required -

  • Experience working in a previous Finance Assistant role, or similar (essential requirement)
  • The ability to work in a very busy and fast moving Accounts department
  • A willingness to work towards or already working towards AAT qualifications

Duties include -

  • Set up of new sales and purchase ledger accounts
  • Posting purchase invoices to ledgers in multiple currencies
  • Allocating ledger receipts and payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements and bank reconciliation
  • General assistance within the finance department as required
