Administration or Finance background with minimum of 2 years' experience

  • Previous experience of working in a Administrative r Financial role
  • Exposure to multi-currency reporting environment ideally.
  • Able to provide accurate and timely information and analysis
  • Ability to clearly summarize and present information to the stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
  • Adaptable to in house systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility on work hours due to time zones and peak seasons
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external departments.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain reports.
  • Strong initiative and flexibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Desire to expand capabilities and responsibilities


  • Graduate with 1 - 3 years' experience
  • Ability to assess current procedures and recommend process improvements where necessary
  • Familiarity with licensing and royalty's.
  • SAP experience.
