I am currently assisting a market leading company in Ealing with their search for a bright & proactive candidate to join them in the capacity of Purchasing Co-ordinator assisting the Accounts Payable team.

This is a contract for 6 months, assisting during a period of change.

This role will assume responsibility for administrative tasks related to purchase orders, erroneous invoices and banking payment templates.

  • Day to day duties include:
  • First line query resolution
  • Creating payment templates
  • Ad hoc reporting using Excel
  • Collating & scanning invoices

As the role works closely with the Accounts Payable team, it is anticipated tht the successful applicant for this role will have had exposure within a similar team, ideally for at least 12 months. Advanced Excel and the ability to manipulate data is also required to fulfil the requirements of this role.

On offer is a buzzy environment & friendly team, close to all the amenities & transport links of Ealing Broadway. This role would provide good grounding for somebody who wants to progress to further studies (ACCA/CIMA).

You will need to be available to start at short notice (less than a week) and happy to commit to the role for 6 months.
