We are looking for a dynamic Business to Business and Consumer Sales professional ideally with a knowledge of Recruitment to attract and sell the our recruitment franchise proposition to prospective franchisees across Europe.

The role will report directly to our MD/CEO/Board and will work very closely with the Area Developers, Franchise Sales Director and Franchise Team

The role will also involve providing some operational assistance to the franchise group and the delivery of training and coaching from time to time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:
- Make first calls to prospects to check they have received pack and present the opportunity
- Manage prospects, from making first calls, follow up calls, making sure they have relevant and up to date information at all times
- Organise conversations with current franchise owners for references
- Book prospects in for meetings, events and webexes
- Organise on-side meeting agendas
- Guide the prospect through the due diligence process, helping them with business planning, bank loan application and government grants
- Assist franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement and make clarifications and amendments from time to time and where necessary
- Prepare and mark up franchise agreements
- Track paperwork - such as CVs, CPHs and business plans
- Ensure CRM system is up to date
- Present at franchise seminars
- Sell 5 new franchise owners per quarter

Marketing Duties:
- Make marketing recommendations
- Regularly share posts and blogs on Twitter, LI, Xing, Viadeo and other business networking sites
- Prepare prospect presentation packs with latest and relevant information
- Prepare presentation and exhibition material for events
- Regularly prepare 'hot sheet' status report

Person Specification


Confident in presenting the franchise business opportunity to people
Be credible at a senior level and it would be preferable for the candidate to have some sales training experience
Good knowledge of recruitment as an industry
Good knowledge of business administration & management
Knowledge of Microsoft products such as word, excel, power point
Experience selling intangible services/solutions

Experience working directly in the recruitment industry or Good knowledge of franchise marketing and franchise sales
Experience training recruitment consultants and/or delivering sales training
International business experience

Work Skills:
Fluent English
Microsoft products
French or German ideal but not essential
Business administration

Work form own initiative
Problem solver
Strong verbal and written communication skills
