I am currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join a global organisation within the Electronics industry based in Basingstoke. This role is a temporary role initially for a period of 6 months with potential to get extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide first level telephone support to end users of company products
  • Manage customer issues and expectations of service, taking appropriate action to ship for repair or escalate to technician
  • Manage company account and non-account customer queries
  • Manage and identify repair, technical queries, spares and pricing queries
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers via telephone

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent in French and English is essential
  • Experience in working with customers from different European cultures
  • Experience within the electronics industry is desirable
