Our client, based near Wembley, are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisers to join their vibrant and fast paced team. The ideal candidates will have proven Customer Service experience in a busy environment, confident in dealing with all incoming enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, work alongside colleagues to manage claims in agreed time-lines and provide world class customer service at all times. Candidates also need to be fluent German, as you will be primarily dealing with the German market.

Key responsibilities;

  • Respond and analyse claims and investigate appropriately
  • Contact customers to try and settle claims or resolve issues in a personalised manor
  • Providing relevant compensation and goodwill gestures according to legal and company guidelines
  • Work with other departments/team leaders to support with investigations for sensitive claims before settling them
  • Support with compliance and quality standards within the business to promote customer satisfaction
  • Report relevant customer experience comments to Senior Management

Key requirements;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German as you will be primarily responding to emails from the German market
  • PC literate, MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to adapt to change in priorities
  • Strong team work skills as you will need to work alongside other departments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
