We currently have an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate to work as a Team Coordinator to join an innovative and dynamic company on a temporary basis

The overall purpose of the Team Coordinator role is to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team through effectively managing the team's administration. This role requires somebody to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced and busy team. You must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

You must also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be liaising with various line managers, candidates and recruitment agencies

Key Requirements

  • Team coordination in a very fast paced environment
  • Strong Administration skills (Diary Management)
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS Outlook
  • Recruitment experience (arranging Interviews)

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews via outlook
  • Manage the Recruitment inbox
  • Send detailed confirmations to candidates
  • Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Co-ordinate recruitment events
