Hotel Receptionist-33808

My client is looking for a receptionist who can complete general administrative tasks, greet clients whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

Location: Weybridge

Salary: £16,000

Hours: Shift basis

Key duties

  • Carrying out exceptional customer to maintain an exceptional customer experience
  • Answering all telephone calls promptly whilst maintaining a professional manner
  • To ensure all guests requests and queries are dealt with effectively
  • Upload guests details to the hotel system maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Making sure you have excellent personal presentation skills at all times
