Our client, a leader in their industry, are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for their team! The ideal candidate for this role will either hold some experience in a HR Administrator or previously worked in a busy administration position, used to working in a fast paced environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as these key skills, due to the urgency of the role candidates do need to be available immediately.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR Administration, monitoring HR inbox, eligibility checks etc
  • Assisting with administration on a daily basis
  • Assist with Recruitment & Onboarding inc, Starter packs, legislation & Compliance
  • Maintaining databases
  • Working on Projects
  • Covering reception

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Administration experience with desire for HR Career
  • Resilient
  • Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) on all levels
  • Willingness to learn and grow into the role
  • Confident in using Excel
  • Strong communication, written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
