We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for our market leading client based in Bedfont. They are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will provide a professional Human Resources consultancy service that enhances the performance of the business adding clear, measurable value to a defined client group. This incorporates providing both a full range of operational HR support as well as strategic advice to their client group partners on people related issues and identifying and developing solutions in partnership that help them achieve their departmental, and the wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with client group to anticipate present and future people and skill needs, in line with agreed budget and business strategy.
  • Responsible for all recruitment and selection in client group.
  • Advise client group on giving performance review feedback and produce information for succession planning.
  • Provide training needs analysis in line with business strategy and team / individual development requirements derived from performance review process and one on one reviews.
  • Advise client group partners on performance issues in line with current legislation and contractual entitlements. Advise on attendance management and lateness and the setting of clear objectives.
  • Advise client group partners on appropriate and consistent use of Company policies and procedures in areas such as flexible working, discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment, health and safety and new employment legislation.

Key Skills Required:

  • At least 3 years' previous experience in an advisory, generalist HR role
  • Advanced knowledge of employee learning and development, selection and resourcing and employment law
  • Previous experience of line management an advantage
  • Basic HR Information System knowledge
  • Basic Pension knowledge
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge
