To effectively and efficiently manage and deliver HR Operations

To provide an efficient HR administration service

To support delivery of the HR Strategy


Payroll and benefits:

  • Timely data collation to support the efficient delivery of all aspects of payroll function.

Employee relations: managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness absence management:

  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
  • Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies and comply with them
  • Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human relations issues

Performance management: supporting team leaders/managers on performance management issues and processes

  • Supports line mangers/team leader in managing the induction process
  • Support organisational changes and team development and support business change programs
  • Learning and development: support line managers with the training and development options for their teams. Maintain any efficient training records system
  • Recruitment and retention: Manage the recruitment and selection of employees
  • Support and advise line managers in selection decision
  • Ensure procedure and employment law aspects are adhered to
  • Build relationships with recruiters and the interview process
  • Ensure effective HR processes are in place and adhered to by stakeholders, ensuring a best practice approach.
  • HR Systems and data management
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
  • Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, time and attendance, overtime etc.
  • Support the company H&S communication, initiatives and programmes
  • Support the business with any other adhoc job relates requests
