What the role involves:

  • Vetting all enquiries before passing to processing
  • Contacting customers to schedule in timeslots
  • Checking paperwork of completed jobs
  • Compiling Monthly reports of jobs progression

What the role requires:

  • Approachable & Assertive nature
  • Ability to work on own
  • Highly organised
  • PC literate (Excel & Outlook)
  • Ideally experience in scheduling/ booking appointments
