Fantastic opportunity for an experienced communications executive to join my well know client based in Greenford. The successful candidate will work closely with a network of stakeholders to plan and implement a multi-channel internal communications strategy and plan, working closely with Group Marketing and Business HR Leads.


  • Development of an effective internal communications strategy for the Group, ensuring positive employee engagement and experience
  • Support the businesses in drafting content for their change management communications, including supporting Global Business Services
  • Plan and develop engaging content and the presentation approach for a variety of internal online and offline channels, including intranet sites, magazines, email bulletins, newsletters and posters / campaigns
  • Develop and co-ordinate the delivery of Organisational Announcements at Group level
  • Provide appropriate content to the Group Communications Manager for the internal magazine "UltraNews"
  • Produce the Group's monthly internal newsletter - "News of the Month" ensuring timely production and circulation to everyone
  • Secure key stakeholder sign-off to the budget, content and communication approach ahead of publication/distribution


  • Creative with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with journalistic ability to source content from key stakeholders and translate into engaging stories for employees
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to handle sensitive or confidential information and relay the appropriate information to the correct stakeholders at the correct time
  • Confident in communicating, influencing and relationship building across all levels of the organisation
  • Able to devise communication strategies and plans up to 12 months in advance and implement accordingly, utilising appropriate channels
  • Able to identify and recommend suitable communications opportunities, including forward features and content/new channel opportunities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Experience of managing internal communication requirements for a significant organisational change programme
