Key Requirements

  • Spanish speaking is desired (but not essential)
  • Experienced in order proccessing
  • Knowledge of shipping outside the UK (Cerificates of Origin, shipping docs)
  • Excellent Communication
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of forecasting

Key Duties

  • Order processing
  • Ensuring correct shipping documentation
  • Deal with queries and returns
  • Communicating with International disctributors (Mainly via Email)
  • Building internal & external relationships
