IT Support / Administrator

I'm currently recruiting for an IT Support / Administrator role based in High Wycombe, with an award winning FMCG as well as B2B Technology Company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career with a modern company that offers stability, progression and great benefits!

What does the job involve?

  • Ensure positive contributions to the business
  • Assist with office management duties
  • Supporting our external IT support team
  • 2nd / 3rd line support
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • IT support for new staff
  • Hands-on approach to solving IT issues

Required qualifications

  • HND/NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Computing or Computer Science
  • Familiarisation of Crystal Report and SQL databases
  • Recent/relevant experience
  • Excellent IT skills
