A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our successful client based in High Wycombe for a IT Support Analyst to join their fun and friendly team! The successful candidate will play a part in the IT department for the whole organisation.

My Client are a successful and well known organisation who are one of the leading brands within their market. This is an amazing opportunity for a IT professional to join a growing company!

Responsibilities

- Managing, monitoring and taking ownership of calls logged via a ticket logging system

- Configure and technically support desktops, servers and multi-function devices

- Managing and supporting mobile devices such as PDAs, tablets, Android and Windows smartphones

- Supporting Office365 email platform

- Provide face to face support to users in the UK head office

- Take on mini projects and liaise with 3rd party support when required

Experience Required

- 2-3 year's previous experience in a similar role is essential

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 10, Server 2003, 2008 and 2012)

- Comprehensive understanding of networking and server administration across different domains (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, active directory, group policy, VPN).

- Proactive, professional, and must be able to work in a small team
