Celebrating recent wins with increased Domestic and International passenger numbers, increased net profit, and lucrative new flights out of Heathrow Airport - my client, a well known International Airline have grown from strength to strength and are looking to expand their operations at Heathrow.

We are currently looking for Japanese Speaking Passenger Service agents who are looking to progress their career and be responsible for providing a first class customer service to travellers on the airline, during their passage through Heathrow Airport.

Key responsibilities;

  • Being the face of the company, you will give passengers a warm welcome and a positive experience
  • Conduct check-in for passengers - ensuring security compliance and document checks are carried out accurately
  • Book and amend flights and itineraries - handling general ticket enquiries
  • Arrange special services for VIP's
  • Flight management

Key requirements;

  • Fluent Japanese & English - Both spoken and written
  • Strong customer service background
  • Able to attain an Airside Pass (Criminal Record check - 5 years references)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to work to strict targets & deadlines
