They currently have a need for dedicated and dynamic employees to help build their Key Account Management teams.

Carrying out the following tasks
- Set up clear, individual targets in line with the company objectives and sales policy
- Preparation and negotiation, product & promotion knowledge, coaching and supporting team members regarding the preparation and execution of strategic customer negotiations, evaluating and monitoring performances.
- Accurate,reporting and budget management
- Directly managing national and international Top Key Accounts
- Optimising the overall relationship and expanding internal contacts.
- Strategic planning: set up ambitious commercial objectives and business plans on a national level (to be cascaded to customers by the Key Account Managers) and clearly define commercial budgets fully in line with the company sales policy
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities based on a clear market- & customer analysis in cooperation with the Trade Marketing team
- Developing customer partnerships based on product expertise and trade management together with Marketing and the local Category Manager in order to develop different categories
- Budgeting planning & reporting: monitoring customer budgets of all Key Accounts and coordinating the overall reporting for HQ.
- Forecasting, providing a forecast per customer, attending forecast meetings, entering forecasts for promotions.
- Internal communication with other departments such as Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance.
- Gathering information related to the customer reaction and our competitors relay this information to colleagues in other departments such as Marketing & Customer Service.
- Alerting to changes in the local market and signals coming from end users, customers, buyers and the competitor activities.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education, university degree with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
- Knowledge of the market and the customers
- Experience in category management is an asset
- Native English speaker is essential.
- Experience of managing one of the Top Multinationals.
