Legal and Compliance Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a global family of healthcare communications agencies. Based in High Wycombe, delivering pioneering medical education, changing patient outcomes and patients' lives - they're looking for someone to be responsible for legal and compliance with additional operational projects outside of legal and compliance as required. Most importantly were looking for a candidate that shares the company's values, has an ethical approach to their work and is a strong Team Leader.

Hat does the Job involve?

  • To be responsible for the rapid review and approval of all MSA's and SLA's working closely with Internal Stakeholders and external Legal Counsel
  • To be responsible for modifying and updating MSAs as required and associated record keeping
  • To be responsible for audit, training and implementation of MSA's and SLA's across the teams, including any significant IT infrastructure, insurance, data requirements or policy amendments
  • To develop an annual compliance implementation plan to ensure we meet all our industry and client compliance responsibilities consulting with external experts where appropriate
  • To review and update existing compliance policies and identify and develop new compliance policies as required
  • To drive efficiencies for compliance and identify and communicate new ways of working using audit output
  • To review and implement training for all key compliance policies including data protection, working with Experts, industry regulations, confidentiality etc in line with COO, for identified "high risk" activities

£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
