To provide a World Class Service and an excellent first impression to all customers, both externally and internally. Ensure that service level agreements and KPIs are achieved and that customer expectations are met or surpassed at all times.

This is a full time temporary role for a period of 2 months with strong potential to get extended.

Key Responsibility/ Accountabilities:

  • Accurately invoice all customer call outs and maintenance visits, where chargeable on the in house system
  • Accurately invoice the annual maintenance contracts, where required
  • Liaise with external customers to resolve any queries they may have
  • Have a good eye for figures and accuracy and be able to work under pressure
  • Prioritise work in accordance with the contract requirements
  • Data entry and general administration
  • Liaise with other departments within the business: Planning Team, Key Accounts, Estimators, New Sales

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements
  • Ability to work to tight timescales, in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload, applying flexibility where needed - Attention to detail -- accurate details when logging calls
  • Practical problem solver and desire to overcome daily challenges
  • Able to take initiative and be self-driven
  • Customer focused
  • A team player that can work well with others
