Our client a market leader in their sector, are currently looking for your experience to contribute to the development and be responsible for the implementation of marketing, brand, product & communication strategy for all brands and products including digital solutions to achieve competitive advantage and maximise volume and profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing EMEA Team to create localised relevant marketing and product strategy.
  • Be the main point of contact for Central Product Management
  • Work with PR Agencies and Communications Officer to ensure optimum representation
  • Develop & manage targeted advertising plans in specialist industry media (print & online)
  • Develop & manage social media & content strategy for products & services
  • Develop promotional plans (sales promotions, direct marketing campaigns, etc.) as required to support new product launches, sales growth and brand awareness
  • Maintain & optimise content on own digital communication platforms
  • Manage POS and merchandise for all brands
  • Monitor returns on investment across all brands, channels and key customers
  • Manage & communicate changes to product ranges internally and to trade partners
  • Ensure effective product launches and provide relevant training externally to key market sectors and internally
  • Develop & implement annual programme of customer & industry events, working with Events Manager where relevant
  • Be responsible for personnel within the marketing department, overseeing career development, succession planning, training and motivation
  • Plan, control and manage marketing investments in conjunction with Commercial Marketing & Solutions Manager
  • Represent the UK & ROI in all relevant EMEA Marketing & Brand Management Meetings

Key Requirements:

Training & Education: -

  • Professional qualification in marketing or related field (ideal)
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience including Agency management and product based marketing experience
  • 3-5 years personnel management experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Understanding of full marketing mix, latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Experience in identifying target audience and devising targeted campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
