My client is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for their office based in Weybridge/ Surrey.

This role will last for 12 months and starting ASAP.

Please note: My client requires a Full-Time candidate to work Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience to manage Customer Review programs
  • Experience of digital content marketing and/or digital campaign management
  • Experience of social media community management
  • Good understanding of online consumer journeys and touch points in b2c marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Experienced user of standard MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, spoken & written (Additional EU languages considered a plus)
  • E-commerce experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Experience to work with Customer Support division and PR division for online
  • Managing agencies / external partners
  • Occasional business travel within Europe when required.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Customer review marketing
    • Launch programs: track and manage for successful product launch, and measure result & ROI
    • Review from purchasers: initiate and manage activities to engage purchasers to write reviews on the clients web site, working closely with the CRM team
    • Review Syndication: manage review syndication program and report to internal divisions & retailer partners, especially working closely with Pan-European Online Brand Activation team
    • Review management: manage customer reviews (negative review, questions) with Customer Support team on the website, Social platforms and Retailers
  • Social channel moderation and optimisation
    • Support and optimise the social channel moderation with moderation agency
    • Support the social care program with Customer Support team
    • Manage European content to activate as well as facilitate local markets to activate their content where appropriate.
    • Look for opportunities to interact with our followers and influencers, widening and deepening the conversation
  • Web content generation for online communication channels
    • Support, shape and manage the team's content production road-map to support CRM, community, web and social channels.
    • Align content plans with internal KPIs for objectives and target audiences
    • Seasonal project support
  • Manage day to day communication with agencies / external partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:

Leverage influence of Customer/User Reviews for Marketing purpose. Manage customer interactive channels (reviews, communities and social) to build and manage a strong customer relationships.

Manage development of web content required for customer interactive channels, such as online videos, info graphics and informative written articles/content.
