My client is looking for a Mortgage Lending Administrator to join a fun and energetic Financial Services Company who will exceptionally delivering excellent customer service by handling calls in a professional manner

Location: Staines

Salary: Up to £23,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

Key duties:

  • Receiving inbound calls and action them in a timely manner
  • Answering customer queries whilst communicating clearly
  • Being able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is met
  • Being able to solve customers problems ensuring a resolution is achieved
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's

Key requirements:


  • Experience within Financial Services
  • Experience within Mortgages
  • Experience Customer Service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
