Excellent Opportunity!! My Client based in Acton Lane are looking for a Move Coordinator/Sales Administrator to come on board and provide a smooth and efficient relocation service. (Salary dependant on experience)

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face
  • Excellent communication/administration/time management skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Working knowledge of EU and Worldwide moving practices.


  • To receive enquiries from private, corporate customers for all types of moves
  • To ensure the accurate recording of all customer enquiries and subsequent entry onto the computer system
  • Moving, Storage and Move-Manager system, ensuring correct dates and details are taken
  • To liaise with contractors to obtain the best prices for work required
  • To produce accurate quotations for private customers
  • Price all removals in line with Company pricing policy and in consideration of current availabilities
  • To assist with following up of quotations and secure bookings where possible
  • Provide assistance and updates to customers to the best of your ability , knowledge and skills relating to the removal process
