My client are recruiting for a switched on administrator to support their busy office based team. The role will be varied and will include administration and customer service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
To assist with the administration requirements of the team including filing and updating information in their database.

To provide good customer service both by telephone and email.
To add new jobs using Sage.
To complete other reasonable tasks in order to fulfil role purpose or as required by management.

Key Requirements:
Strong administration skills.
Fantastic customer service skills.
The ability to work as a team player at all times.
Accurate data entry.
Acute attention to detail.
Good System skills
Experience using Sage is required.
