My client, a leader in their industry, is recruiting for an Office Administrator to undertake all administration duties for Managers and site personnel. The successful candidate will also provide reception and front of house cover so great customer service skills are essential. This is a maternity cover opportunity to start on 25th March.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake all administration duties for Managers and site personnel.
  • Build relationships and liaise with Managers and site personnel.
  • Ensure all work activities are conducted in an efficient and timely fashion and meet the expectations of the line manager
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience office administration roles.
  • Experience managing a busty reception.
  • Great customer service experience, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly with new teams.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Must be available to start work on Monday 25th March.
