I am currently recruiting for an Office Executive for my client based in Chiswick. This is a varied role combining, customer service, personal assistant and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of post and couriers
  • Ensuring outstanding customer experience
  • Maintenance of reception area, ensuring deliveries are managed so that the office is clear
  • Communication and coordination with Suppliers as needed
  • Meeting support such as meeting room set up including AV, webex facilitation, meeting room scheduling, catering delivery and set up as required
  • Facilities support in the absence or as directed by Head of Office services
  • Personal assistance to Group Division Directors
  • Diary management, including liaison with other company stakeholders (HR, Divisional Director team members, PA to the CEO/COO)
  • Expenses management and credit card receipt management
  • Travel bookings and logistics support

Key Skills

  • Adaptable and flexible, ability to prioritize, driven by providing excellent support, solution-focussed and pro-active, strong people person - ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, efficient with time
  • Experience in personal administration necessary
  • Experience in logistics and event management preferred
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
