Office Manager / Front of House

I am currently recruiting for a niche Solicitors Firm based in Pinner, they pride themselves on their loyal client base as well as the personal and attentive service they provide. We are looking for someone that will thrive independently, communicate well and can offer positive contributions throughout the company.

What does the job involve?

  • Manage the office by being the initial contact for face to face enquiries, screening telephone calls and assessing priorities
  • Manage banking and client payments received in and posting to files via Case Management System
  • Weekly management of company Reliance/Compliance system.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, meet and greet clients.
  • Manage all Premises related issues.

Required Qualifications
