My client based within the Uxbridge area are currently recruiting for an Office Manager with PA abilities for their busy office on a temporary basis. This is a temporary role that could have the potential to be extended. You will need to be available to work on a full time basis and be used to working within a high pressured environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Finance Director with HR related administration
  • Logging and managing holiday records
  • Updating contracts of employment
  • Collating holiday and sickness reports
  • Update personnel records
  • Run training reports and liaise with employees regarding training
  • Managing all temporary cover for reception as and when required
  • Order stationary and refreshments
  • Deal with all catering requirements for meetings (internal and external)
  • Liaise with local contractors regarding maintenance issues
  • Deal with contracts relating to office suppliers e.g. air conditioning maintenance
  • Ideally be First Aid trained and have Fire Marshall experience
  • Effective management of Reception, Cleaners and group administrators
  • Provide administration support to the MD and FD
  • Diary management, organising travel, screening and prioritising emails on outlook, organising meetings and circulating monthly reports.
  • Assisting the administration team as and when required
  • Type up managements meeting minutes

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task with all duties. The work involved in predominately paper based currently so it would be ideal if candidates are used to working in this way.
