Onboarding Executive - Kingston upon Thames - £40,000-£45,000

We are currently recruiting for an established IT software organisation within the Financial services for a Onboarding Executive to be the primary contact and support new smaller customer (BAU) in their transition to Intelligent Office, project managing small projects and delivering online configuration sessions in line with customer requirements and Intelliflo best practice. To support Business Implementation Consultants (BICs) in the implementation process for mid, large and enterprise clients, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Intelligent Office. Promote additional training and consultancy, where appropriate

Key responsibilities

  • Working directly with smaller customers to configure Intelligent Office for them in line with their top desired usage areas and Intelliflo best practice.
  • Advising prospective and new customers on the set up and configuration of Intelligent Office
  • Advising and supporting new customers on best practice in relation to data migration from previous software systems, complementing the Data Migration team.
  • Advising prospective and new customers on best practices in relation to regulatory changes and business efficiency
  • Working with the Business Implementation Consultants (BICs) to configure Intelligent Office for larger customers in line with their desired usage and requirements.
  • To liaise with Sales, Date Migration, Learning & Development and Customer Management teams to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding/implementation experience for customers.
  • Point of contact for customers during onboarding process, when BIC not available.
  • Assisting and supporting the BICs during client Go Live support, when required i.e. holding daily calls and resolving issues in initial 2-week period prior to handover to customer/ account management.
  • To identify and help prevent / resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding/implementation process, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain key relations with internal teams and external clients.
  • Help design and implement system and process changes as part of the continuous improvement culture.
  • To measure and review the customer onboarding experience, feedback to senior management and liaise with relevant parties to implement agreed improvements
  • To transition the customer to the Support team following implementation
  • Keeping up to date with new functionality released on Intelligent Office
  • Accurate recording of time spent with customer recorded on CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Go lives of BAU contracts within 6-8 weeks of contracting signing
  • Adoption of key area of Intelligent Office, as identified by the business e.g. document designer, income, valuations.
  • Reduce early leavers in onboarding process
  • Reduction in support training calls within the first 9 months from Go Live.
  • Successful onboarding of customer within timelines and focus on key areas of functionality adopted.
  • Timely delivery of actions assigned * Ensure successful knowledge share with Support team of firms configuration set up.

Knowledge required

Financial Services industry knowledge

Competent in using and working knowledge of Intelligent Office or another Financial software package

Knowledge preferred

Experience of migrating data from previous Financial Services software solutions
Project Management experience
