Our client, a global leader in their industry, is recruiting for the exciting position of Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the business planning team as well as others in the office. The ability to work as part of a team and administration experience are essential, logistics experience would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Maintenance of internal logistics spreadsheets
  • Updating information in the ERP system
  • Aiding goods return process
  • Dealing with delivery issues and customer complaints
  • Being UK point of contact for European sales team

Key Requirements;

  • Strong administration skills are essential
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages with intermediate excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal establishing good working relationships.
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills and accuracy to detail.
  • Experience in the use of MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
