My client based in Slough are currently looking for a junior administrator to join their operations team for a period of 4 to 6 months, the role will involve general administration which will include processing customer invoices , producing basic reports and preparing documents, the ideal candidate will have experience in using Microsoft office and be super organised with excellent attention to detail.

The role will support the Business Planning Team, Finance Team, European Sales Team, Sales Admin and Marketing team.

Job Description

  • Maintenance of internal logistics spreadsheets
  • Updating information in house system
  • Aiding goods return process
  • Preparing inbound CSV files for stock back from service
  • Dealing with delivery issues and customer complaints
  • Being UK point of contact for European sales team
  • Maintenance and creation of customer information

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Strong administration skills are essential
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages with intermediate excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal establishing good working relationships.
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills and accuracy to detail.
  • Must be a team player
