A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our successful client based in St. Albans for a Order Administrator to join their fun and friendly team!

My Client is a successful FMCG organisation who are one of the leading brands within their market. Recently gone through a rebranding they are now looking to Order Administrator to help progress orders to deliver to their clientele.


  • Place purchase orders with factories in line with Company requirements and budget
  • Ensure all purchase orders are raised at the correct prices and that margins are in line with Company targets
  • Responsible for Stock Management and reporting
  • Communicate with our warehouse regarding any product reworks that are required and produce all label details that are needed
  • Consider freight costs to determine the best method of shipment to meet Customer delivery requirements whilst maintaining Company margin and budget objectives
  • Assist in product item number creation as required
  • Liaise with Customer Service team on all linking & allocating system issues

Experience Required

  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Intermediate excel skills as a minimum
  • Good communicator - written and orally
