Our client, a global leader in their industry, are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join them as a part-time Administrative support. This will be a varied role providing support to a group of managers within one department. 16 hours/week with flexibility as to how they are worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a calendar of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Makes travel arrangements as needed.
  • Arranges meetings providing any associated clerical support.
  • May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, create and maintain files.
  • Performs routine word processing assignments, proofreads, and prepare routine reports.
  • Processes invoices for appropriate signatures and prepares expense reports.
  • Coordinates the submission of group timesheets, if applicable to group that individual supports.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a very busy administrative role is essential.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload.
  • The ability to work independently is essential as managers will often be travelling.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
