Our exciting client based in Slough are currently recruiting for a part-time Receptionist to join their fun and friendly team. The position requires someone who has strong customer and communication skills with a friendly and personable approach. The successful candidate will be expected to assist and support in the effective running of the Office Support.

PART TIME HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 8am -1pm OR 12.30 - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Key duties

  • To meet/greet visitors & manage switchboard calls professionally.
  • To provide associates with office support services
  • To advise associates on best practice within the service provided
  • To have a full understanding of the Service Level Agreements and Key performance Indicators applicable to the role you are carrying out and adhere to these
  • To carry out any reasonable request made by the supervisor/Manager
  • To provide excellent customer service in accordance with current procedures and policies
  • To manage any food requests to agreed procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • To have a flexible approach, undertaking multi-skill training and adhoc duties as required
  • To maintain a good standard of appearance and composure at all times, even when under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, self disciplined and enthusiastic, and be able to demonstrate an ambition to succeed
  • To have a professional manner whilst undertaking customer care training or other specific development
