Client Administrator

Location: Weybridge

Salary: £24,000-£30,000 (dependant on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hour working week between the hours of 9am-5:30pm

My client is looking to recruit a Client Administrator with previous experience working within the financial services industry on a full time permanent basis.

The key function of this position is to have a strong attention to detail providing administrative support to clients as well as colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all personal client administration for new and existing clients
  • Providing administration support to administration manager
  • Preparing all documentation ready for client meetings
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date both system and paper based
  • Liaising with various departments to ensuring the best service possible
  • A strong attention to detail ensuring best practice
  • Understand and ensuring the compliance procedure is met with the correct documentation

Key requirements:

  • Essential:
  • Previous experience working within a Financial Services industry
  • IT literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong fact finding and problem solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
  • The ability to assist in implementation of procedures
  • The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
