Location: Reading

Salary: £18,000-£22,500 (dependant on experience)

My client is looking to recruit an Insurance Advisor with previous experience working within the insurance sector on a full time permanent basis.

The key function of this position is to deliver effective customer service and maintain a good sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and monitor the smooth running of accounts
  • To ensure exceptional customer service answering queries from customers ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Dealing with customer renewals ensuring provider information is received before renewal date
  • To actively improve sales results within the business by improving personal skills and building customer relationships
  • The ability to "Listen" to the customer to understand their needs and up sell, cross sell where possible
  • Build rapport with clients ensuring that you are forming relationships

Key requirements:

  • Essential:
  • Previous experience working within insurance
  • IT literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong fact finding and problem solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
